Please read the following carefully to better understand potential situations that may arise during the deposit process.
The following are scenarios that may lead to delayed deposits:

Normal deposit with block confirmation delay
If your deposit information is correct but the assets do not arrive promptly, it may be due to a delay in block confirmation. Please be patient, as once the block is fully confirmed, the assets will arrive on time. Please note that customer support cannot provide assistance in this matter. -
Deposit of a different currency
Before making a deposit, please ensure that the chosen deposit currency matches the supported currency on the platform exactly. A discrepancy in the full name of the currency will result in the deposit not being credited. If you encounter this situation, please contact online customer support for assistance. -
Entering the wrong address or network
Before making a deposit, carefully verify the deposit address and network to ensure that assets are deposited into the correct address and corresponding network. Depositing to the wrong address or network may result in the assets not being credited. If you encounter this situation, please contact online customer support immediately for assistance. -
Incorrect tag entry: Some currencies require the entry of a tag (Memo/Tag) during the deposit process. It is crucial to accurately enter the tag for that currency on the receiving platform; an incorrect entry will prevent normal crediting. If you encounter this situation, please contact online customer support for assistance.

Smart contract deposits
Each currency has a corresponding deposit address. Please use the deposit address generated by the platform's system for that currency. Do not use the contract address of the currency for deposits, as this will result in deposit failure. -
Not meeting the minimum deposit amount
Please be aware that the platform's deposit page will clearly indicate the minimum deposit amount. If your deposit quantity does not meet this minimum requirement, the deposit will not be completed.
