If you have lost your Google Authenticator and are unable to log in, please follow the steps below:
Reset Google Authenticator:
You can open the Google Authenticator app on your phone, tap the add button at the bottom right, and manually enter the private key to reset your Google Authenticator.
If you did not save your Google Authenticator private key previously, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Customer Support:
- Please go to the KCEX official website's homepage and click on the customer support icon at the bottom right corner to reach our customer support team.
- Inform the customer support team that you need to unbind the Google Authenticator and be prepared to provide the necessary information.
2. Submit Required Information:
- Customer service will guide you to provide the necessary information to apply for Google Authenticator unbinding.
- Please ensure that the information provided is accurate to facilitate a smooth process.
3. Verification Process:
- Once you have submitted the required information, your application will enter our verification process.
- In general, you will receive a notification of the verification result within 1 working day.
4. Google Authenticator Unbinding Completed:

After approval, you will successfully unbind the Google Authenticator and can log in normally.
*(For the security of your account, it is recommended to rebind the Google Authenticator immediately after completing the unbinding process and logging in again.)
