If you are unable to receive the SMS verification code, it may be due to the following reasons. Please follow the corresponding instructions to attempt to retrieve the verification code again:
1. Unsupported country or region by this platform, temporarily unable to provide SMS service for phone numbers.
2. Mobile security software interception (for smartphones with installed security software). Action: Please open the mobile security software, temporarily disable the interception function, and try to retrieve the verification code again.
3. SMS gateway congestion or anomalies. Action: Congestion or anomalies in the SMS gateway can lead to delays or loss of sent messages. We recommend contacting your mobile service provider for verification or trying again later.
4. Too rapid sending of SMS verification codes. Action: This may be caused by clicking too quickly to send the SMS verification code. We recommend trying the operation again after a period of time.
5. Weak or no signal in the current environment. Action: If you are unable to receive or experience delays in SMS delivery, it is likely due to poor or no signal. We suggest trying in a location with a slightly better signal.
Other Issues:
Phone bill overdue, phone storage full, SMS in the junk folder, etc., can all lead to the inability to receive SMS verification codes.
If you still cannot receive the SMS after trying the above methods, it may be that you have blacklisted the SMS interface. You can contact our online customer service for resolution.
