The process of transferring funds involves three key steps: the initiating party initiates the transfer, blockchain network confirmation, and the receiving party confirms and accepts the transfer.
Step 1 - The initiating party requests the transfer, i.e., moving assets from the original account.
On the KCEX platform, depending on the token and blockchain situation, the transfer request typically generates a unique transaction identifier (TxID) within 1-60 minutes. This signifies that KCEX has completed the asset transfer and sent it to the blockchain network for confirmation.
Step 2 - The blockchain network confirms the transaction.
In this stage, mining nodes of the blockchain network verify the transaction and include it in the blockchain's transaction history. This process may take some time, depending on network congestion, transaction fees, and the characteristics of the blockchain used.
Step 3 - The receiving party receives and confirms the transfer.
Once the blockchain network confirms the transaction, the assets will be transferred into the target account. You can verify the confirmation number and detailed information of the transaction by querying the blockchain explorer or relevant tools.
If, in your withdrawal history, the withdrawal request has not generated a TxID after 6 hours, please immediately contact KCEX's online customer service and provide a screenshot of the withdrawal request. We will assist in processing your request.
