If you initiate a withdrawal on the KCEX platform and discover that you have entered an incorrect withdrawal address, please consider the following steps:
1. If you have already confirmed the withdrawal via email or SMS, the system will proceed with the withdrawal process automatically, and the transfer cannot be stopped. Due to the anonymity of blockchain addresses, we are unable to locate the recipient. If you have sent funds to the wrong address, please try to contact the owner of the target address through alternative means to retrieve your assets.
2. If you forgot to include a memo or entered the wrong memo when withdrawing to another platform (such as EOS, ENU, etc.), we will assist by providing you with the TXID and relevant information for the withdrawal on KCEX. You can try contacting the receiving platform for assistance in retrieving your funds.
