To assist you in more conveniently withdrawing assets from your account on the KCEX platform, we offer the following detailed guide for the withdrawal process. Please follow these steps to ensure the safe and smooth transfer of your funds to your personal wallet or another trading platform.
Withdrawal Operation Steps
1. In the bottom right corner of the KCEX app homepage, click "Assets" - "Spot" - "Withdraw".
2. In the list, view or search for the "Currency" you want to withdraw.
3. Choose the appropriate "Withdrawal Network" for your withdrawal. Then paste the wallet address of your recipient into the designated area. If you have added the address to your whitelist, you can quickly select the address by clicking the bookmark icon.
4. After confirming the information is correct, click on "Confirm" and enter the corresponding verification code to complete the withdrawal process.
Withdrawal Precautions
1. For currencies that support multiple chains, such as USDT, please ensure to select the network corresponding to your address when applying for a withdrawal;
2. If the withdrawal currency requires a “MEMO,” please copy the correct “MEMO” from the receiving platform and enter it, otherwise, the withdrawal may result in a potential loss of assets;
3. If the page indicates 【Invalid Address】 after entering the address, please check your address or contact KCEX online customer service for further assistance;
4. The withdrawal fee for each currency varies, and you can view the specific fees in 【Withdraw】-【Transfer Network】 (Web) / 【Network】 (App);
5. You can see the 【Withdrawal Fee】 for the chosen currency on the withdrawal page.
