To delete your KCEX account, please adhere to the instructions outlined below:
1. Launch the KCEX mobile app and press the "Portrait Logo" located on the upper left side of the home page to enter the Profile section.
2. Select "Security" followed by "Cancel Account" .
3. Select your reasons for account deletion and tap "Next".
4. Checking all the options to be aware of the risk of account deletion and click "Cancel account". Then the account deletion is finally successful.
Notes:
1. The entire process for account deletion will be finalised within a period of 30 days.
2. Once your account is permanently removed, access to your initial KCEX account, including the account itself and any associated assets, will be impossible to regain. The deletion of your account will be irreversible. Thus, it is necessary to transfer out your outstanding asset in your initial KCEX account before submitting account deletion.
3. Once you have confirmed your application to delete your account through the app, you will also need to contact online customer service to provide additional information. Once customer service has verified your identity, the account deletion process may proceed.
