1. How to access the New User Event Page in the APP?
On the app's homepage, click on [Rewards] to enter the New User Event interface.
2. Why haven't I received any rewards after completing KYC?
After completing KYC, please check the current status of the task. The task may require you to complete the binding of your phone number and email address. Please fulfill the security item binding as specified by the task. Once you have met all the task requirements, the task status will change to "Review within 24h," and the rewards will be reviewed and distributed within 24 hours after you complete the tasks.
3. I have completed registration, but I did not receive the rewards?
Please check your current task status and complete the KYC verification, along with the binding of your phone number and email address as required by the task. Once you have fulfilled all the task requirements, the task status will change to "Review within 24h," and the rewards will be reviewed and distributed within 24 hours after you complete the tasks.

4. How can I claim the new user rewards?
After completing the activity tasks, the task status will change to "Review within 24h" The rewards will be reviewed and distributed within 24 hours after you complete the tasks.
5. Do I need to manually claim the rewards after the task is completed and approved?
After the task is completed, you need to manually claim the rewards on the activity page. We will also remind you via email to claim your rewards promptly after the review is completed.

6. Can the activity rewards (futures bonus) be withdrawn?
The futures bonus can only be used for futures trading and supports all futures pairs. The futures bonus itself cannot be transferred or withdrawn. For more details about the futures bonus, you can view the Futures Bonus Usage Rules to learn more.
7. Why does the task status show "Rules Violated"?
In our activities, to ensure fair participation for all users, all tasks are subject to strict system review upon completion. If any abnormal behavior or rule violations are detected during this process, the task status will be updated to "Rules Violated." This measure is taken to maintain the fairness and security of the event and to protect the interests of all participants. Please understand that since risk control rules involve core confidential operations of the platform, we cannot disclose specific details.
8. Why hasn't the task status changed after I completed the task?
There might be a delay in data statistics. If you have completed the requirements but the task status has not yet updated, please wait for 2 minutes and then refresh the page to retry.
